And my wife saw the exact same thing I did. Heck, she made me stop the car so that she could get that picture. So I’m not crazy for my own double-take.

I do wonder if the ownership designed the sign themselves and wouldn’t listen to correction or if they just told a graphic designer “Give us a sign for ARTS n’ MOTION with some appropriate icons on the sides.” and just took what they were given.

Either the graphics designer was laughably incompetent, or the owner of the business *really* pissed off the graphics designer.
