OPERATION NAPOLEON is a foreign film, sort of; and yet, it’s mostly in English*? Not filmed entirely like a Hollywood flick, and yet it’s far too professional-looking to be shoestring indy. It does obviously have Nazi experimental airplanes and shadowy conspiracies, though, which is obviously a point in its favor.
*Iceland makes sure that everybody in the country speaks English.
