Had to drive down to the site for the event this weekend. It’s one of those things that make you wish drone technology was better; I had to go, and it was a good thing I went (there were stinging insect nests in the areas we were going to use), but I could have had a drone down there in twenty minutes to inspect all the buildings and count the outside tables.
Then again, it was a beautiful day.
Regretfully, it’ll be considerably rainier this weekend, but it’s a beautiful site. No longer zebra-haunted – they caught the beasts, eventually – but you can’t have everything. As long as we don’t get high winds Saturday, it’s all good.
Wait Zebras were an option, and you *got rid of them*?!? They must be worse neighbors than I’d have thought.
The winters were too cold for them, alas.
