Maybe the original original photos really were just showing the actors, pre-CGI? I’d like to note for the record that I had the good luck to be publicly skeptical about said photos, which means that I could totally pretend that I’m some kind of guru or something. At least, that’s the standard practice on the Internet. But… no. I was mostly just being snide there. I apparently got it right by sheerest accident.
