  1. The good news for The Republic is: most people will be completely ignoring this and anything else Disney puts out for the foreseeable future.

  2. I’ve lost count of how many times it’s been renamed. Maybe we should make a Dead Pool for the final tally?

  3. …. “With Great Wardrobe”? Are they playing with something, there, or did they outsource the grammar to an AI? Or am I too much of an Old to keep up with how The Youngs are abusing language this month?

    1. C.S.Lewis.

      Lion == Lying
      Witch == witch
      Wardrobe == wardrobe

      I… thought this was obvious? Am I missing the gag here?

      More seriously… if nobody in Disney management saw this that’s ungood .. but if they didn’t.. that’s double plus ungood…

      1. Narnia wasn’t on my mind, I guess. I blame exhaustion and a thrown-out back.

      2. In retrospect that’s obviously a thing, though I didn’t spot it at the time.

        I’m guessing that that’s more of a shout-out than anything that’s going to have anything to do with the contents of the show itself.

        If anything, it may be that the *constant renaming* is somehow part of the gimmick, and *that’s* going to be the thing that ties into… whatever.

        If so, the writers involved are probably very proud of their cleverness.

        I won’t be watching.

  4. I’m not sure what it is, or why I should care.

    But the title screen (That they’re changing) is cool and evocative.

  5. Agatha: The character who had nothing to do with Scarlett Witch because Scarlett Witch was a mutant who could alter probabilities and shot “hex-bolts” out of her hands until they retconned her.

    -or-

    Agatha: The witch who reflects our refusal to admit that no one likes us anymore.

    -or-

    Agatha: That might as well happen.

    -or-

    Agatha: You have to hand it to us…we don’t give up easily.

    1. New plan:
      Agatha: a young Agatha Christie getting her Nancy Drew on in full period costume/environment.

      I guarantee it’ll be a much better show.

  6. Agatha. Who?
    Seriously. I’ve wasted zero time watching any of your products since endgame.
    I can only guess it was the person I saw in passing mugging for the camera like the fifth member of a community College improv troupe.
