Is that even allowed?
You understand my confusion, naturally. I’ve been assuming that ALIENS was the last good flick in the series – and, yes, I meant that as a searing indictment of the franchise. ALIENS isn’t just old enough to vote: it’s old enough to run for President. I didn’t even finish the fourth movie, and I’m not confident that I ever started it. I even skipped the ones that are sort of prequels, because while the critics kind of liked them, everybody else was pretty much meh.
And yet, here we are.
I found Aliens 3 quite educational. I had not previously realized it was possible to be tensed up waiting for the next jump scare and so very bored.
