Today writers have no valuable real life experience to draw on, they’re just transcribing their TTRPGs into scripts at this point. Poorly.
That’s… a two-fer.
On one paw, I have a nephew who has absolutely got life experience to draw on – cowboy, snowboard instructor, caddy, landscaper. He is completely turned off on storytelling, though; in part because of the books he was assigned in school.
On another paw, this is why we need a real new frontier. Something else Elon seems to grok.
