Note: none of that ‘sportsball’ stuff here. Geeks are geeks, and sports geeks are geeks. Whether or not anybody wants to admit that.
I won’t be watching the game, because no cable TV, but I’m sure that I’ll be hearing the play-by-play this evening. Which is the reason for this post. If you aren’t following the game then I suggest that you get any business done that involves others before about 6 PM, because after that people are going to be increasingly unavailable.
It’s not on cable, you should(?) be able to get it OTA.
I live in Houston. I’m doing my best to avoid the hoards of tourists.
Not to mention, don’t even think about ordering pizza today.
Now you went and made me all hungry for pizza…
“I won’t be watching the game, because no cable TV…”
.
Err, not on cable. It will be on your local Fox channel.
…Which is only available for me on cable, because I live in a local dead zone for cellular coverage and digital TV transmissions. It’s, like physical or something: reception is horrible in my entire condo complex.
Fox was streaming it live at the time.
I would like the Falcons to win, because it’s nice to see someone new win it once in a while. It gives hope to the rest of us that perhaps someday, we could win at our chosen thing as well.
