It’s starting to get noticeable. Even popular entertainment feels a little strained. What diversions have the rest of you got?

I’ve been playing a lot of Monster Hunter Wilds.

And Warframe is dropping an update on Wednesday.
Cocaine is a hell of a drug
I just read the delightful book “The Dark Lord’s Daughter” by Patricia Wrede. It answers the question “what happens when an American teen gets sucked into a world of magic and is given power?”
Space Marine II. For those of us who lacked the means to play 40k on the table, it’s a nice substitute.
The S-Show that is Assassin’s Creed Shadows is releasing next week.
I’ve got my TBR pile to tackle, and a couple computer programs I want to learn.
On the video hand front, probably mostly Deep Rock Galactic. But I’ve got an itch to replay Prey.
I’m flying out to CA to see my folks.
The weather is getting less-awful, or at least no longer hurts your face. The Outer Side may be nice to revisit.
I just called my Factorio Space Age run “done” ~360 hours in.
So now it’s back to finishing the video game I started making last year. Engine is done, Music composed, cover art mostly done. Just need to refine the game flow for fun, while keeping my core concept of rapidly ramping difficulty for short game sessions.
And I think I know how I’m doing that.
My “to be read” list is very long, but right now it is not calling to me. When I get a break from work, I am doing some work on my next TTRPG campaign. I’m also exploring some music: I’ve got an Elmore James collection that I am slowly working my way through, and also some deep cuts for Jeff Beck’s albums from the 70s (currently Blow by Blow).
I probably should go back and finish Baldur’s Gate 3, though.
