Not many hardware companies had in-house dial-up operations, so .. shouldn’t be *that* hard to find…

Can’t be Dell; they’re still out there.
Not to mention Dell, on their consumer side, are .. remarkably inconsistent.

Hmmm. If I squint, CompUSA sorta fits the bill.. they had a “house brand” and I think they eventually grew a dial-up service…
