This week, we switch out Invasion of the Body Snatchers for Batman Begins. Mostly because Gary Oldman’s Commissioner Gordon reminds me powerfully of my father as I wish to remember him.
That’s it. The movie could have been horrible and I still would treasure it for that.
It being Wednesday, we remove The Final Countdown and replace it with the 1956 Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Because it’s still the best one of the bunch, in my opinion. Besides, I’m starting to get a hankering for some black-and-white Classic SF movie-watching…
