The Civ III is just an excuse, not the cause. The cause is that I’ve been pushing the Kickstarter, and right now I don’t actually have anything to do regarding it. Everything’s done or waiting for other people to do, and I’m out of oomph. So I’m going to go back to rotting my brain on video games and going to bed early.

Oh, and laughing at blue-checks on Twitter. They all mass-hit by a bitcoin scam identity theft, so Twitter’s shut down all the verified accounts for the moment. That sh*t’s getting hysterical.

Spent the afternoon running a 7th Sea game and most of the evening installing a new video card for my kids’ computer. Successfully, in both cases, but it left me with little time left over.  I may just call it a night.

…nothing bad, just a bunch of stuff going on.  I’m not keeping a regular posting schedule today, sorry. Catch you tonight or in the morning.

I am going to go out on a limb and assume that nothing particularly urgent is going to happen prior to the SotU this evening (this made me chuckle, even if it was read by somebody on the Other Side).  There are plenty of folks out there capable of covering what does come up today, so they can get along with that with my compliments.  I’m not saying less posting, just posting less… weighty.

Also: I ordered De Bello Lemures, Or The Roman War Against the Zombies of Armorica last night, sight unseen.  Roman legions versus zombies would make for an epic action flick.
