My Patreon Crossroads of the Commonwealth files. (Format opinions welcome.)

I’m putting the various Crossroads of the Commonwealth files here because I’d like some feedback from my gamer readers.  The idea here is to combine Patreon projects like this into one document, adapt it for at least one Open Gaming License, and then sell the blessed things on DriveThruRPG (once I actually learn how to format these things in a print-friendly PDF format, of course).  So: suggestions on a suitable OGL would be nice, not to mention any opinions on what, if anything, should be added generally.

My short-short-short Patreon story: “Professional Pride.”

I’ve always wondered why this didn’t happen more often.  I mean, everybody’s had a job where they had to follow company policy or get canned.  “Professional Pride” first appeared on Patreon: as always, feel free to check it out and maybe even become a patron!

100WS-BRTW Mostly written because I thought that it’d be really funny if it ever turned out that way. Although admittedly the scenario would give materialists screaming nightmares, which is not actually a very nice thing to do so maybe ‘funny’ is an unkind word to use.

I have updated my Patreon!

Changed some future milestones around, added a few more, and finally let Patreon give me my new splat page. You can see it here (I really need to figure out how to get an embed button going). And I might as well be honest, here: if the current political situation does end up going down the tubes then that site is likely to become one of my two main sources of online income. The salad days will be, as they say, over.

That is not a request for money – NO! STOP! That is not a request for money!  I will not guilt-trip people into giving more! …No, what it is is a request for brainstorming. I have ideas on how to honorably increase my revenue, but I will be happy to hear suggestions along those lines.

100 word short-short-short: “Dude, Do You Even Physics?” (Patreon)

I’m not really sure what triggered me to jot out “Dude, Do You Even Physics?” – but then, I never really do know. They typically just pop into my head.  Heck, I don’t even know if I’m doing this sort of thing correctly, if that even means something in this context.

Just put up my latest short-short story and campaign world update for the month for it, too. Patrons only, alas: but you can join, and check it all out! At the moment I do a weekly 100 word short-short-short and monthly 1,000 word short-short stories and campaign settings in 500-700 word blocks. And if I start getting more Patrons and more pledges, I start writing more stuff.
