It was quite good! I had an excellent time. Guy Ritchie did a great job catching the ambiance and look of the era; and I found the plot nicely interlocking and intricate. He also managed to provide heroes with just enough in the way of significant character flaws to properly contrast their eventually heroic actions. I enjoyed myself: if there’s a sequel, I’d watch it. If there isn’t, it stands on its own.
And the soundtrack was great.
