Tina Turner was… magical. She drew the eye instantly, and I don’t mean that in the sense of being drop-dead gorgeous, which she was: I mean that she had charisma. The GURPS kind, where you get bonuses to your Leadership rolls. I could totally believe that she would have ended up as some sort of post-apocalyptic Queen of the Wastelands, had things gone badly in the mid-1980s. She had a good run, but I wish it had been a little longer.
My condolences to her family and loved ones.
Seriously: this woman won every genetic lottery there ever was.
Better Be Good To Me, Tina Turner
…1984 was a strange and interesting place.

PS: Tina Turner really did win the genetic lottery, huh?
Because, as @EdDriscoll notes, everything goes better with Tina.
Son Of A Preacher Man, Tina Turner
Although this one by the other Sarah Connor wasn’t bad:

PS: This is the Sarah Connor, of course.
