Tweet of the Day, Sing It, Brother Dennis edition.

Via Twitchy, Dennis Miller:

Although… now would be a good time for Barack Obama to decide that, what the heck, he might as well authorize Keystone. Most of the people who would be mad at him for that are currently mad anyway.

If the *jobs* building Keystone are good enough, the union workers may be distracted and not vote their class interest.

(and let’s face it, the greenies are going to pick either the Dem or the Green party anyway …)

    1. Speaking of Unions, I can’t imagine too many of them are happy about the whole pander to La Raza the Democrat Party has been doing recently. The Sunday Talking heads were basically saying how Kelly Ayotte’s support ensure passage of the Senate Bill ( I can name at least one Democrat who’d probably be against this blatant Amnesty) Senate Amnesty is still up in the air in my opinion and it should wake the Unions up, but it probably won’t.

To this end, it’s fun to point out that Caezar Chavez’ United Farm Workers used to go beat up on illegal migrant farm workers.

This used to work pretty well to set pro-union Dems against pro-amnesty Dems… but it’s been getting less effective except among rank-and-file union folks ..

This tells me the non-rank-and-file know unions, especially the unskilled, are doomed – and they’re looking for the next group to exploit to keep their power.

Sad, really, the calculated subjugation of an ethic group to the benefit of another group.
