Seriously, the basic problem is that I grew up using a keyboard for video games. I think in keyboard/mouse, and at my age making the mental shift to controllers is difficult. What Xbox and Playstation should do is come up with a minibox that can be plugged directly into a PC, so that I can keyboard it… yeah, yeah, I know: will never happen.
Considering the XBox is an over-glorified Gaming PC anyway, I’m surprised Microsoft hasn’t tried that yet…

Yep. And when I’m gaming on a PC, I usually do that to get the superior Console UI (and aim-assist 🙂 ). But then again, with keyboard and mouse, I’ve almost always used the arrow keys and left-hand mouse rather than WASD, and these days it’s a crapshoot if they even bother to implement things so I can set it up that way.
