It’s legit funny.
And free advertising for Deadpool 2, but we knew that going in. The people who do the Deadpool movies were remarkably good at advertising and pitching the first Deadpool, and this one is pretty credible stuff. Not too long, sticks with the joke, trash-talks Ryan Reynolds himself almost mercilessly; it’s good work. And slightly reassuring that the movie next week won’t actually suck, which is always a legit worry with a sequel.
