The growing* consensus on a Boba Fett movie.

It seems to have two parts:

A Boba Fett movie would be awesome.
George Lucas must be kept as far away from it as possible.

Tasers may be regrettably necessary in order to enforce #2.

Why must Geo. Lucas be kept far away? Whom might you see being involved with this movie?

Nope.

J.J. Abrams maybe? Star Trek was imperfect but not bad at all. You wouldn’t want Michael Bay any more than Lucas.

Lucas would actually be OK, as sort of an assistant second director in charge of the fight scenes. He’s pretty good at that part. But I shudder to think what would happen between Boba Fett and whatever love interest they came up with, with Lucas in charge of that.
