Whether it works or not is up to the voters, but I will note for the record that at least some of the other candidates are perhaps a little too aware of their own dignity to admit to a mistake…

PS: I voted for wanting to forget about the Department of Education. Although the Marine Mammal Commission was surprisingly tempting.
There were a lot of good choices; I settled on the NEA. Government should not be deciding what is worthy art.
Regarding Perry’s brain-freeze, that was painful. I hope it’s not decisive for his campaign. On the other hand, a potential Perry-Obama debate worries me.
