The new Fourth Congressional district in Utah is a matter of some interest to Utahic… Utahian… Utahns… umm, Republicans from Utah; and there are a number of folks competing in the primary. We talked to one of them yesterday: Carl Wimmer. Carl’s a former police officer, [former] [Oops! Fixed.] state legislator, and founder of the Patrick Henry caucus: we discussed the race generally, and his thoughts about its significance.
