Today was an alternate Saturday, so I spent most of it playing Nobilis. Specifically, I spent it knocking ICBMs out of the sky by throwing oranges at them* – which is not even remotely the weirdest thing that you can do in that particular role-playing game setting.

*I keep driving my GM nuts with this; she knows that I’m a power gamer, and she was fine with me being a power gamer – but every time she does an action scene I somehow end up resolving the problem without actual combat. I think that I’ve been rolling as Paragon for too long; it’s corrupted my reflexes, for a given value of ‘corrupted.’

I have never seen an official “geek code” for him, but I’ve known him for years and can attest that he’d have a pretty awesome one.
Not as good as it could be: I don’t do very many computing languages.
