I’ve mentioned this movie before, but it looks like the retail version is finally out of beta and releasing on time*. Via BigGator5 comes the… oh, just watch it. You’ll figure out the conceit right away.

I actually wouldn’t care if other people were there. It’s just that I think they might be bothered by all the “woo-HOO!” and “YEAH, baby!” coming from my corner.
It’ll be an interesting experience to watch this on VR goggle.
The problem I have with that is the camera. I’d guess it’s filmed with something like a head-mounted GoPro, putting the camera several inches away from where “my” eyes would be–that makes everything look wrong. For example, the arms appear to be too low and too close together, which completely destroys the immersion for me. I’d probably want to watch this movie but I don’t think I could sit through the whole thing.
I hate those unavoidable cutscenes when you get whacked with a bat or curbstomped, no matter how carefully you approach the scene in question.
