I’m definitely going to be running a BubbleGUMSHOE game at Washingcon now*; and I’d like to have it blocked out at least a month in advance, because I know me all too well. So if I want to test the adventure out I should probably run it some time in August. I believe that some of my readers would love to video-RPG a session, so maybe we’ll do that.

*One trick to doing something is to simply make sure to say that you’re going to do it, to the point where you can’t then casually back out of it.
I’ve been listening to KARTAS for a couple years now and STILL haven’t played a Gumshoe game, so I’m in… prayerborne@gmail.com
How much for a seat at that virtual table? I’m happy to chip in, I just need to budget for it.
I’m not going to freaking charge money for a playtest session! 🙂
… you’re a lousy mercenary, my friend. 🙂 Still, the offer stands.
Depending on when it is, I might be able to participate.
I have a reputation for attacking problems from unexpected angles among my former GMs. (I believe they overstate it simply because doing the obvious to the obvious does not stand out. But they still sometimes give me a call when they want to stress test an idea.)
Need a fresh(read: rookie) perspective? I’m familiar with Pathfinder/D&D, but not Gumshoe.
Heh. I hope that I get this level of interest for the con game. 🙂
What would be required? I’m interested in participating…I’m also three time zones away from you.
Did they put out calls for GMs? I asked like a month ago and they said they would set out a call for GMs “soon”. I don’t see anything on the site.
No calls for GMs yet, but they have designated a room for GMs and I’m talking with the organizers.
