…sounds pretty weird, for the reasons suggested here:
I mean, yes, I’d watch it anyway. I’d maybe not watch the Stan Lee parody flick shown above, but that’s in large part because it’s drawing a heck of a lot from the Death Wish ethos, and while there’s nothing wrong with that flavor of 1970s dystopia it’s just not really compatible with Stan Lee. But if they did a crazy Kung Fu blaxpoitation flick with colored-light aliens everywhere and maybe Elvis… yeah, actually, that’s the sort of flick where you’d want Stan Lee as action hero. Make it happen, Hollywood.
