Does sound tasty. I may need to make a grocery run tomorrow, grab some carrots.
Didn’t get the extra ingredients in time for a slow cooker. Did get the ingredients in time to do a stir fry though. So Yay!
We’re doing a variant using a pork shoulder. We looked at the mixture, and decided that it would work just as well for pulled pork as it would for shredded beef. So the slow cooker is slow cooking.
Now there’s a thought. Your Monthly Play-test could double as a Monthly Recipe-test.
