This may get made next week.  The only restriction is that my wife can’t have too much red meat… hmm. Maybe I could cook it for game, and bring it. Yeah.  That’s a definite thought.

    1. Didn’t get the extra ingredients in time for a slow cooker. Did get the ingredients in time to do a stir fry though. So Yay!

      1. We’re doing a variant using a pork shoulder. We looked at the mixture, and decided that it would work just as well for pulled pork as it would for shredded beef. So the slow cooker is slow cooking.

      1. There’s a podcast called Dungeons and Doritos, which is exactly what it sounds like. Samples venture far into… hmm, “exotic” international flavors.
