Although I’m pretty sure that the music was dubbed over. Whether or not that means that the original Pikachus were marching along to the Imperial March, though; I dunno. Again, it’s Japan[*].

Yeah, it’s dubbed. 100%. If I’m not mistaken, those costumes are inflated. There’s another vid floating around that shows one of them deflating during a performance (and get’s forcibly removed?). Ah, here it is:
