You have more reading to do than you thought. The fourth series debuted back in May with ‘Vanguard’.

It was a pleasant experience to encounter politics in a fictional setting without a massacre of strawmen, and the damning of half the potential audience.
Refreshing, even.
This Lost Fleet sh*t is serious sh*t, man. It’ll hook you faster than heroin.
That’s because it’s not partisan. It’s also nice to see characters outside a fantasy setting take honor seriously as a concept, and then maintain that stance even in the face of severe military, professional, and personal temptations that might well break most of us.
