Very angsty.
But that’s legit. I need to sit down and finish the first two seasons — along with all the other stuff that I’m supposed to sit down and finish. There’s a lot of stuff out there to watch, these days. Lotta stuff. Besides, this is going to be on the DC streaming service, which I’m not going to pick up, sorry. Having to get Disney’s will be bad enough.
I will likely pick up the DC service just to watch the Titans, which I expect to be of Inhumans quality, or worse.
.
I’ll leave this here, BTW, as if might be of interest to you:

There’s a reason for the angst. But I don’t want to spoil things.
If you haven’t even finished the first season, then I suggest you hurry it up. It’s VERY good, imo.
I’ve only seen about half of Season Two. I got the discs from Netflix quite a while back, but… Apparently the Season Two discs were sold as two two-disc sets, and Netflix botched things up as a result and only had one disc from each set available when I got them.
/sigh
I still need to go back and watch the rest of the episodes.
Curiously, two characters who’ve been with the team the entire time were conspicuously absent from the trailer – Superboy and Miss Martian.
That is an evil, vile trailer.
.
The first half, up through Vandal Savage shaking hands with Darkseid were from Season 2.
Spoiler after spoiler after spoiler.
Do not watch it if you haven’t seen Season 2.
.
But it says something about the writing that they spoiled less than half of the major emotional beats. And less than half of the wham! episodes.
IIRC, what they spoiled was the storyline that they’d planned on resolving in Season 3, until they got cancelled. I’m guessing it’s their way of reassuring fans that they do plan to revisit that plot point.
Also worth noting that the trailer incidentally spoils one of the more amusing plot strands in Season 1.
