This is definitely of interest to me:
The Library of Congress has acquired, restored, and made available for streaming and download, the only known copy of the first film adaptation of Frankenstein, from 1910. https://t.co/grIGYtqcAG pic.twitter.com/6QGJA7T6ZJ

I also sat down and watched the restoration, which is astoundingly good, all things considered.
Then again, who can say no to the Library of Congress when it stops by and asks for your expertise in restoring the first Frankenstein? I certainly wouldn’t, and I didn’t even make it so far as to be ordained as a librarian. My refusal would almost be, well, inconceivable.
