There was rum this evening.
Birthday’s tomorrow, but the babysitter was for tonight, so we adapted and overcame. In case you’re wondering, by the way: Ron Zacapa Solera 23 is very nice, very nice. The other rums were… all right, but the Zacapa we took our time with. By all means, try some if you have the opportunity.

Moe, you might want to look up on how to turn white lightning into age whiskey. Basically, you toast the same kind of oak that’s used in age barrell, in stick form. You then put the unaged alcohol with the toasted oak stick in a container and with a sonic vibrator. After about 1 day, it’ll be aged.
