YOUR description is interesting, the one offered by the producers though, calling it and allegory for repressed people and immigration, is far too SJW/PC bullshite to even consider watching. And since that’s how they describe themselves…no.
I have some hopes that it’s just a bunch of aforementioned bullshite to keep down the complaints before the show’s actually out. They actually want people to watch past the first episode, after all.
