My mini-review of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE.

Short version: wow that was good

Slightly longer version: EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE is yet another goddamn spectacular A24 movie. It’s not a martial arts action flick, despite the fact that quite a lot of it involves martial arts, and action. It’s like… well. It’s sort of like an arthouse film, only good. I almost can’t wait to see what pieces of junk get the Oscar for Best Picture, Best Actress, and Best Director next year instead.

Why? Because Hollywood doesn’t like it when you make movies that are too good. They raise awkward questions, like: Why aren’t you guys making stuff like this, too? But that’s a rant for a different day. Go ahead and see EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE. It Does Not Suck.

  1. “Why aren’t you guys making stuff like this, too?” .. is a very good question. One that’s not asked enough, really.

p.s. just who greenlit “Space Truckers” ?

  2. Busy schedule and lots of stress right now, so I was going to let this one go. Maybe I need to go see this one then.
