I’m aware that the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY HOLIDAY SPECIAL is pandering to me in multiple ways. Which is as it should be. I deserve to be pandered to. What, you don’t think the same of yourself? I’m sorry to hear that, if that’s the case.

And the pandering *starts* with the “special presentation” splash, which looks suspiciously similar-ish enough to the classic CBS splash to make me think of it.
After watching “Werewolf By Night” which succeeded at both pandering and being fun to watch, I will allow it. I hope that it does not suck like many of the recent Marvel (and Mouse-associated) properties.
