The DUNE: PART TWO trailer.

Here we go.

I’m looking forward to this. DUNE: PART ONE was a lot of fun to watch, and this one will hopefully live up to that. It might even make me actively eager to see DUNE: MESSIAH. I probably should sit down, reread the sequels, and see if I like them better, now that I’m a grownup. But who has the time, these days?

  1. While they did show Feyd Rautha, Margo Fenring and Princess Irula, I’m kind of surprised that they didn’t show any hints of Alia, Count Fenring or the Emperor. Supposedly they’re trying to write off Alia (which is weird, Alia is a central character in the first trilogy).

  2. I have better hope now that they will get around to the prequels. If JMS can do B5 animated, could Dune be next?

  3. Some of the old time readers do not consider the none Frank Herbert written novels cannon. Hence, no prequel, no sequel past Chapter House.
