It wasn’t just because I had a cool hat, either.
I’ve had that pirate hat for years, and I’ve never really known what I was going to need it for. Now I know. I need it for Renn Festivals. I’m absolutely going to sign up for it next year, if I can: it was the best in-person sale day I’ve ever had. Handed out some hopefully profitable business cards, too.
