Tweet of the Day, It’s The Lack Of Malice That’s The Dagger In The Heart edition.

The student isn’t even trying to start some stuff. They’re teaching students now to pay attention to how old a source is before they use it, which is actually the right thing to do. So is asking for clarification before the paper is due. It’s just the way the kid innocently described the source in question that wounds me so.

  1. Props to the kid for being respectful. I think much of the problem with “These darned disrespectful kids” is more adults refuse to be respectable…. If you can embrace the Honored Elder role, God bless you.

  2. That’s adorable and speaks well of the student and also maybe he should thrown out an airlock. I kid.
    .
    Mostly.

  3. I mean if he said “late 20th Century” sure, but “late 1900’s” would be through 1909… 🙂
