Full disclosure: I can be a homebody. The pandemic didn’t help that at all. Accordingly, I’m trying to default to saying ‘Yes’ to ‘Let’s do this for Christmas!’ suggestions this year, and I have to admit that it’s working out so far. Case in point: we went on a combination Christmas Lights walk and cocktails stations thingy this evening.
We didn’t drink-drink, mind you. But the eggnog martinis were very nice, and so was the cherry bourbon cocktail, and my wife is going to find that chocolate stout again for later. So, hey: success!
