My only regret here is that this is a historical drama, with no visible signs of horror or fantasy. That’s a shame; Hollywood is a great location for both (BRIDE OF THE RAT GOD, for example, is excellent). But who knows? Maybe they’re saving it in THE SEVENTH VEIL OF SALOME for a surprise.

…Nah, probably not. Well, better to have it be itself than force the author to make it something that it’s not.
