This could be good. This could be bad.
But at least SHAZAM! is not totally grimdark. Good Lord, but it’s amazing to see a DC movie where not everything is a shade of whatever color. Freaking unique, in fact.

The first part of the trailer looks good, but…
Everything after he gets his powers seems just plain silly. Hopefully that won’t take up too much of the movie.
That’s actually the most promising trailer for a DC movie since Wonder Woman.
I sense irony. I sense bathos. I sense a director and producer unwilling to wholeheartedly embrace the cheese.
