Via Constant Reader junior: this looks like it’s based off of one of the Monster Hunter games, which is something I keep asking myself if I want to play. Problem is, it’s on the Switch, and we all know my problems with making time for non-PC games, dagnabbit. Anyway, MONSTER HUNTER: LEGENDS OF THE GUILD seems cool:

The previous game – Monster Hunter World – was released on the PC (well after the console release), and is available on Steam.
I think it’s been indicated that the latest game – Monster Hunter Rise – is likely to make it to the PC eventually.
Monster Hunter Stories is supposedly set in the same world as the other Monster Hunter games, but involves riding monsters instead of killing them. I’ve avoided it. But the second game just came out, and there’s a free demo on Steam for it.
