FROZEN DREAMS audiobook away! …to backers, at least.

If you backed FROZEN DREAMS at the ADVENTURER level or above, you should be getting your email link to the Dropbox link to the audiobook files right about now. It’s a big one — which was a shock to me, and it shouldn’t have been. I mean, it’s a collection of hours’ worth of audio files. Those are going to be big, period.

Next up: sonnets and adventure for the game. And all other the stuff I gotta do. One project is to get the new manuscript ready for alpha reader by September 1st.

The audio files for the FROZEN DREAMS audiobook are done…

…and sent back to the producer for final revisions and whatnot. There was nothing major, so the changes themselves aren’t going to take too long. However, I don’t know how long Amazon is going to take to process the files for final submission.

But once the files are back from our revisions I can get on with distributing them to Kickstarter backers, which will blue out another entry on the Action Plan. Not much left on that front, really. Huzzah!

Reviewing the FROZEN DREAM audiobook today!

It’s very exciting. And very time-consuming: I’m supposed to check every chapter of FROZEN DREAMS, which is something I hadn’t realized earlier but makes a lot of sense, doesn’t it? The truth is, I don’t really ‘do’ audiobooks, so a lot of this is fairly new to me.

Still. All part of the job. Any suggestions on how to optimize the review process would be helpful, mind you.

FROZEN DREAMS now 50% in the Smashwords Summer sale!

This is an experiment: I’m trying to figure out how Smashwords works, and it’s pretty much where people have to go if they want to get FROZEN DREAMS in epub. So, for the next week: it’s a buck-fifty there! I think that this is a safe enough gambit, since I’m not selling any epubs right now anyway.

The FROZEN DREAMS store has reopened!

Now that I’ve gotten virtually all* of the Kickstarter paperback copies of FROZEN DREAMS out, I’ve gotten a look at my inventory and I think I can reasonably flog some of my existing stock. I was originally going to sell some of them at conventions, but that’s not going to happen any time soon, hey?

So, I’ve reopened the FROZEN DREAMS store. You can get the book, you can get the digital rewards, or you can get the whole shebang. There’s only twenty signed paperback books total for sale, and when they’re gone so is this reopening. If you missed it the first time, this is a great chance to catch up.

*There are a couple of people who NEED TO FILL OUT THEIR SURVEYS. But I’ve put their books aside anyway.
