I assume that you all know the immediate problem with that, yes? That’s right! It’d require that Fox do a Doctor Doom movie. GeekTyrant is excited about this, on general principles; and I’m not saying that Mads Mikkelsen couldn’t do a good job as Doctor Doom. He absolutely could. So Ford saw that BMW movie thing, and said “We should rip that off!”
And here’s the funny thing: they were right! This is an entertaining Jake Scott film with Mads Mikkelsen in it. Oh, and a Ford Edge. But it’s a legit short flick that simultaneously worked as a mini-thriller and made Ford’s car look good. I don’t see where Ford would have anything to complain about.
