Not available on Amazon, but Pequod Press will sell you a copy if you know to ask. I asked, not least because it’s hell out there right now for small businesses. Now is the time to pick up these little items, if you can afford to.
For those unfamiliar with it, Pequod Press is a small publishing company run by science fiction author John F Carr; it’s probably best known for its reprints of and sequels to H. Beam Piper’s Lord Kalvan and Fuzzy Sapiens books. Anyway, thanks to this marvelous economy Pequod is on the verge of going out of business; there’s a mailing-list specific sale going on for their hardcover line, but I suspect that the company won’t be too upset if you wander over to their e-book section and pick up a couple of titles there.
