Oh, wait, CBS 6 is actually even worse: “Virginia State Delegate Joe Morrissey (I – Henrico) was indicted by a Henrico Grand Jury on four felony counts, including felony uttering a forged public record and felony inducing perjury related to an allegedly forged document used in his recent trial over contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges.” Aww, ‘independent.’ And never mind that his actual fellow Democrats didn’t uniformly want Joe Morrissey to go. Ask yourself whether a Republican politician convicted of a sex offense involving an underage staffer would be allowed to distance himself from the GOP… actually, why bother to ask yourself that question? We all know the answer already anyway.
