‘Why There’s A Second Contact Team’ doesn’t really go into it, but I bet there’s an entire division of Starfleet that has to go around and smooth out all the rough spots left over when the hotshot loose-cannon heavy cruiser captains are through with this week’s adventure. I wonder whether LOWER DECKS ever got into that. I wonder when I’m going to sit down and watch LOWER DECKS, for that matter. From what I’ve seen, the writers of that show get it about Star Trek.
