Goosebumps. Literally.
I literally squealed with delight playing through the SP part of the demo. If they had started ME1 with this default femShep, I probably would never have created my custom.

I’m not touching any demos at all. Gonna get this one spoiler-ish free. I mean, we know the main plotline, but we don’t know exactly how it’s going to work. I like being surprised!
