Man oh man….
I find it fascinating how music can transcend culture. The Japanese musical tradition has a much different structure to Western ears – listen to a piece of Noh music sometime. And yet, they can look at a piece of music from a 200-year-dead German guy and say ‘Dude, that’s awesome!’
Played it on my 27″ iMac and cranked to eleven – unbelievable!
