…So, Netflix parental controls well and truly suck, huh?

This should not be difficult: all I want to do is have it so the Netflix Roku shows only G-rated movies and my computer’s Netflix shows whatever I feel like watching.  But apparently this is an unreasonable thing to want.

Grr. Arrgh.

  2. Yeah, that’s true. Each streaming device has its own serial number that gets registered with Netflix when you activate it. So, Netflix could, if they wanted to, limit the content on specific devices while allowing other devices to stream unfettered.

    It’s a great idea. I don’t see why they couldn’t do it.
